planckTemperature

Planck temperature

Try it yourself:

Planck temperature: an extreme thermal scale

planckTemperature is the natural temperature built from fundamental constants. It represents an extraordinarily high scale where thermal energy approaches Planck-scale physics.

Context

It is useful for nondimensional early-universe and quantum-gravity estimates. Compare boltzmann, which converts temperature to energy, and planckMass.

Caveats

This is not a practical thermometry value and does not describe an ordinary material temperature. Keep kelvin and energy units distinct; use multiply only with the appropriate Boltzmann conversion.
